Sonic Summary

The position is for a Multi Skilled Carpenter with a well-established contractor in the social housing sector.
The role involves day-to-day repairs and reactive maintenance, including fitting doors, carpentry, kitchen installations, and minor plumbing.
Salary is £22 per hour, and the position is temp to perm with additional benefits such as a company vehicle and full uniform provided.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry, a full driving license, and own hand tools.
Experience required includes kitchen and/or bathroom installations and basic plumbing repairs, preferably in a domestic or social housing setting.

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Carpenter. You will be working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on day to day repairs and reactive maintenance.

As a Multi Skilled Carpenter you will be responsible for:

Fitting of various types of doors
First and second fixing carpentry
Kitchen installations
Minor plumbing

The successful Multi Skilled Carpenter will:

Have a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
Must be competent in kitchen fitting
Full current driving license
Own hand tools

The experience required for the Multi Skilled Carpenter role:

Kitchen and/or bathroom installations - 1st & 2nd Fix.
Be able to competently complete basic plumbing repairs
Domestic or social housing experience
