We are looking to recruit another chef to our team; someone who is passionate about food and committed to quality cooking.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as part of a team in a busy kitchen.They will:
- Demonstrate accomplished cooking skills & techniques
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Prepare and cook dishes from scratch; including preparation of ingredients prior to service
- Ensure all food is of high quality, well presented & served in a timely manner
- Monitor stock control & rotation
- Receive & inspect deliveries
- Maintain a clean & clear working environment during service
- Clear down & clean kitchen areas & equipment following service
- Work as part of a team using own initiative when required & following direction from others
- Have a good work ethic, being flexible in approach and with regard to shift patterns
- Be committed to the role and the success of the business
We offer flexible working patterns to include week days and weekend days & evenings, covering breakfast, lunch and evening service.
