The menu has several core dishes however the client is looking for a Chef who wants to input and the freedom to create great dishes. What's involved?
As the new Head Chef of this Dinning pub, you must have experience in controlling kitchens and have a great understanding of GP and stock management. You will be accountable for smooth running of the kitchen, so it is essential that you are a team player and able to coach the junior members of the team. The company is looking for a passionate Chef who wants an input into the menu.
