The successful candidate will lead a kitchen brigade of 5 with varying abilities and already have at least 2 years experience of working as a senior Chef with fresh ingredients.
The Head Chef roles offer:-
- Annual salary up to £45,000 per annum for a 45 hour contract
- Tronc on top
- Quarterly bonus scheme

The Ideal Head Chef will:
- Must have at least Sous or Senior Sour experience for 2+ years working with fresh ingredients.
- Must demonstrate longevity in their role with 2+ years experience.
- Ensure that the kitchen is kept to highest standards to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Must not require live-in
