- At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentÂ
- Strong Design skills with the ability to design new processes
- Ideally be Degree qualified in a Chemical disciplineÂ
- Knowledge of / experienced with thermal processes
- Strong Project Management skills
- Understands 2D and 3D CAD
- Excellent problem-solving skillsÂ
- Proven ability to take a leadership role and motivate others
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
- Solving problems and improving engineering processes
- Being involved in designing, implementing and overseeing project plans Â
- Liaising with other departments to manage such projectsÂ
- Ensuring quality and H&S standards are metÂ
- Running trials and experiments in an R&D environmentÂ
- Design equipment layoutsÂ
- Maintaining technical documentation as requiredÂ
- Keeping up to date with reports and developments in inorganic chemistryÂ
- Pushing for constant progression for product development and manufacturing techniquesÂ
