Account Manager•   Contract Type: 3-month temporary•   Location: Aldermaston•   Working hours: Full time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm with hybrid working•   Salary: £13.70 to £14.50 per hour
We are seeking a proactive candidate to help support our client on an ad hoc project. The role involves contacting existing hotel clients to inform them about additional products they should consider purchasing, as pre-approved by their Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Reach out to existing hotel clients via phone and email.•   Clearly communicate the details and benefits of additional products that are aligned with the agreements made by the hotels' Head Offices.•   Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups.•   Address any queries or concerns that clients may have regarding the new products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Experience in a sales or customer service role.•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•   Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.•   Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.•   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
