Area to be covered: South East or South West or South Central (Area will be determined by location)
Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 negotiable + monthly commission circa 2% of all sales
Benefits: Fully expensed company car & full benefitsThe role of the Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors will involve:
- Trade field sales position selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors
- All of your time will be spent selling to the trade via; installers, builders, contractor, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations,
- Once up and running will be expected to turnover circa £1.2m
- Average order values are circa £5k-£10k
- 70% new business / 30% account management (would like £500k new business)
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Windows & Doors with:
- Must have a construction sales experience
- Ideally within the fenestration, windows & doors sector however open to any building products background
- Ideally sold to contractors & installer however open to merchants sales backgrounds
- Driven, target focussed and a team player
- Analytical thinker
