This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading provider of residential and BTL loans, as well as bridging finance, all introduced via intermediaries.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Business Development Manager to earn a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year, plus an additional £15,000 - £20,000 in commission. The role is based in the South and offers a hybrid working model.Our client is a well-established financial services company that has been operating since 2011. They specialise in providing 1st and 2nd charge residential mortgages and BTL loans, as well as bridging finance. They pride themselves on offering tailored lending solutions to customers who may not meet the standard criteria of high street banks and other lenders.The Mortgage Business Development Manager will:
  • Onboard and maintain relationships with intermediary partners.
  • Educate and train partners on lending products and processes.
  • Build repeat business to achieve lending targets.
  • Liaise with intermediaries on loans and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Support product design and implementation.
  • Prepare figures and presentations for training and sales meetings.
  • Organise and host industry events.
  • Represent the company at events.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
