E-Commerce Executive

My well established, market leading Client is urgently recruiting for an E-Commerce Executive and will consider a graduate to work with them in this new and exciting role.

This role involves developing my Clients eCommerce platform, primarily using Shopify. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing content for our fully responsive website. This role would suit someone with CMS experience, a passion for web design, and a creative mindset. I am looking for an individual with the ability and drive to investigate, research, and solve problems through persistence and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Shopify websites within the Group.
• Ensure the websites are up to date and SEO-friendly.
• Create new, visually engaging web pages and sections.
• Plan and manage advertising campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns alongside the sales team.
• Support the sales team with adding and updating website content.
• Coordinate and plan new website designs or features with third-party contractors.
• Understand and manage data consistency between Shopify and our CRM/ERP system.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Shopify or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience working on eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to break down business requirements into logical steps and provide accurate time estimates for implementation.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to accurately record time spent on tasks.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritising tasks effectively while collaborating with the management team to meet deadlines.
• Ability to mentor and support other team members.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues, clients, and management.
• A team player, contributing positively to a collaborative working environment by sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and fostering strong working relationships.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using initiative to deliver results.
