This is a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Marketing Manager to join a dynamic challenge FMCG brand across a 11/12 Month FTC contract. This role will manage X2, and be responsible for driving brand growth and market presence through all channels utilising traditional and digital tactics. Based in Berkshire; this role will provide hybrid working 3 or 4 days in the office and/or part-time working, 4 days per week.

Description
The successful Interim Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Managing and delivering high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise profits by understanding and satisfying customer needs.
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for expansion and optimisation.
- Leading and managing the marketing team.
- Delivering NPD projects
- Agency management.
Profile
A successful Interim Marketing Manager should have:
- Experience in FMCG marketing and running a marketing team.
- Ability to develop comprehensive forward-looking plans and execute against them with both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- A proven record of managing a team to achieve KPI's.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work within a dynamic environment and be able to deliver multiple-projects.
- You must be able to drive and have access to a car for this role.
