As part of a continued growth, our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join their Team in the South of Reading. You’ll manage customer accounts, process incoming orders, resolve issues, and assist in developing best practices within our Sales Team.

A Sales role with no weekend work!

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process incoming orders and provide timely updates to clients
  • Provide help and guidance to clients, including technical assistance and product knowledge
  • Drive sales through warm leads from the database
  • Communicate with various clients, addressing inquiries and fostering positive relationships
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems, ensuring quick and effective solutions
  • Help develop policies, procedures, and standards to enhance the service experience
  • Stay updated on company products and services, keeping informed of new features and offerings
  • Collaborate with various departments, offering support as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • A focus on Sales or upselling with experience in retail, hospitality, or sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Lives within 20 minutes of Reading
