Collins Property Recruitment is working with a fast-growing and dynamic Estate Agency in Central Reading who are at a pivotal stage of growth. They are now looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced New Business Manager, which is ideally suited to an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Manager. The firm has built an exceptional reputation built on trust, collaboration, and open communication. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the Lettings Director identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and contributing to the company’s growth objectives. Key responsibilities as a New Business Manager:

  • Work alongside the Lettings Director and a busy team of 30 to increase the lettings business.
  • Proactive approach to generating new business and identify growth opportunities.
  • Market appraisal generation and winning instructions.
  • Passionate about providing first-class customer service and developing relationships with new and existing landlords.
  • Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote a positive culture within the busy team of 30.
  • Work closely with the social media team regarding showcasing properties and services.
  • Assist with managing the Lettings team, if desired.

Required skill sets for the Business Development Manager:

  • Experience of attending and winning market appraisals.
  • A previous track record of achieving targets.
  • Must have experience or an understanding of the lettings industry.
  • Must be able to collaborate and achieve targets with the team.
