In this key role, you will execute Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Foot Traffic and CRM strategy across all products and outlets, ensuring programme delivery across all direct sales channels.
Your focus will be on driving ongoing growth through the new loyalty programme, centered on the customer lifecycle .
Analytical skills and an eye for detail is key as you will be working closely with the E-commerce, Sales teams in order to ensure customer engagement and rentention is at the forefront of the business model.
Key Responsibilities:-
Strategize and Implement: Craft and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive brand loyalty strategy aimed at increasing customer engagement, boosting retention, and maximizing sales.

Execute and Manage: Lead the execution of all loyalty marketing plans by managing the project calendar and refining the overall promotional direction.

Research and Customize: Conduct in-depth target audience research and apply data-driven customer segmentation to tailor loyalty programs for each audience segment.

Plan and Grow: Develop and co-manage the annual business plan and CRM roadmap, focusing on exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

Optimize and Engage: Continuously enhance our Loyalty & CRM platforms to create more engaging communications, promotions, and customer experiences.

Analyse: Leverage insights, campaign analysis, and customer feedback to fine-tune CRM plans, ensuring improved campaign performance and enhanced customer retention/reactivation.
- You will possess previous experience of working with CRM Marketing Campaigns - from strategy to execution.
