Sales and Account Manager Executive

We are seeking a Sales and Account Manager Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Sales or has experience of Sales and Account Management. The successful candidate will show a passion to achieve and exceed sales targets while developing profitable sales growth across an existing customer base.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Achieve and exceed period sales and daily focus targets.
- Meet individual agreed KPIs and contribute to the team’s overall performance.
- Develop profitable sales growth by gaining a sound understanding of the customer map of the world.
- Utilise competitor activity and market insights to gain a competitive advantage.
- Build a pipeline across product categories to ensure continuous engagement and sales opportunities.
- Continuously update product and service knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage risks within the customer base, including uptrading/downtrading and credit exposure.
- Actively interrogate, interpret, and act upon various data sources to make informed commercial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR policies, treating third-party data with confidentiality unless permission is given.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge and passion for international foods is beneficial
- Ability or passion to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive in learning and adapting to new strategies or market changes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage risks effectively.
