Our client are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused sales person to join their busy team near Twyford.

As the Sales Executive you will be the face of the company, delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

This role would best suit a friendly, passionate customer service professional with a background in sales and some solid admin skills. You will need to be comfortable working in a small team and speaking with customers on the phone and in-person.

The role:

  • Upselling products to warm customers
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Cold-calling new customers to make sales
  • Business development
  • Showcasing products and providing outstanding product knowledge
  • Following up sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Updating CRM and ensuring accurate records
  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing practical demonstrations of product
  • Support with other areas of the business as required

The person:

  • Previous experience in a sales role
  • Customer focused
  • Confident with ability to engage with customers from all walks of life
  • Excellent communication in person, over the phone and via email
  • Solid admin and computer skills
