We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Inside Sales/Business Development team. You’ll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead a team of Business Development Executives, creating a supportive and high-performing environment.
  • Provide regular training, one-on-one coaching, and development opportunities to your team.
  • Design and execute a sales strategy aimed at reconnecting with dormant clients and reigniting relationships.
  • Set realistic yet ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and ensuring accountability through KPIs and reporting.
  • Be a motivational leader who isn’t afraid to lead from the front.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing and growing successful sales teams.
  • A driven, motivated leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a car or direct access to a train line to Twyford.
