Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and expanding on growth opportunities for your brand
  • Managing the full marketing mix and implementing brand plans
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Leading NPD and innovation for your brand
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to align on brand objectives.
  • Working cross-functionally to develop effective retail plans
  • Line management with 1 direct report
  • Budget management
  • Managing 3rd parties

Profile

The successful candidate should have have:

  • Proven experience in brand management within an FMCG environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to be hands on
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
