Our client is seeking experienced Senior Business Development Managers to drive and close high-value, complex sales deals across the public, private, and B2B sectors.
The RoleAs a key part of the sales team, you will be responsible for:

Driving revenue growth by identifying and securing strategic opportunities.

Building relationships with key decision-makers in central and local government, as well as private sector organisations.

Delivering tailored solutions in cloud, AI, telecoms, and voice applications.

Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
This role is well-suited to an individual with extensive public sector experience and an established network of contacts, enabling them to make an immediate impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales & Growth-
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and product development, to identify and engage prospects.

Create and implement targeted sales plans for key customer accounts.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts.

Promote additional services and solutions within existing customer accounts.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS, AI, Cloud, and telecoms solutions.

Conduct detailed needs assessments and deliver solution-focused presentations.

Provide mentorship and support to other sales colleagues.

A minimum of five years' experience managing and closing major accounts within UK public and private sectors.

Strong background in SaaS, AI, Cloud, Contact Centre, or Telecoms sales.

Proven success working with public and private sector frameworks.

Skilled in CRM systems, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
