Oversee the screening and prioritisation of incoming contacts to ensure timely, proportionate responses to concerns about children and families

Support staff in developing clear and appropriate initial plans that promote child safety and wellbeing

Provide guidance on safeguarding decisions and ensure urgent risks are escalated and addressed effectively

Work closely with partner agencies to gather relevant information and coordinate early responses

Promote a culture where the child's voice is considered from the first point of contact

Monitor workflow and case progression to support effective decision-making and early intervention

Ensure the team's practice aligns with legal frameworks, local procedures and best practice standards
Requirements:
- 2 years experience post qualification
- Action safeguarding procedures
