As a Nursery Room Leader, your role is mainly room-based, ensuring the smooth operation of the setting and supporting staff with their professional development. This role suits someone looking to progress from a practitioner to a lead role.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, Assistant Room Manager or in a similar role.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Ideally have 1 year of experience in a nursery setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
