KiddyKare is seeking a room leader to join a fantastic setting on the outskirts of Reading.
This nursery has an outstanding indoor and outdoor environment in which they utilise to their fullest ability.
The nursery management are looking for individuals that want to be part of an inclusive team that really support each other and want to give the children the best start in Early years.
This is a fulltime position offering a salary of up to to £29,000.

Your role will include;
- Supporting a team with the daily running of the room
- Leading a small team to providing outstanding childcare
- Being a key person to a group of children
- Building strong working relationships with parents/carers
- Working alongside the management team to deliver the visions and values of the setting
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children
The ideal candidate will;
- Have previous room leader experience
- Hold a minimum of an NVQ LV3 (or equivalent) within childcare
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS
- Be passionate!!!!
