Concept Care Practice is a private recruitment agency, providing temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to Nurseries, Pre-Schools and other child care settings in Berkshire and sorrunding counties. We are also a well established provider of temporary and permanent Nursing and Care/Support staff to care homes and community based  services, mainstream and SEN schools and many more.

We are currently looking for qualified Nursery Assistants with Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare and hands on experience to undertake temporary positions (daily, weekly assignments). Warm and friendly personality, good sense of humour, caring and professional approach to work and a real passion for the welfare and development of children are essential.
