Location: Reading and Southwest LondonHours:Full-time (37 hours per week)Core Hours:10 AM - 4 PM (flexible scheduling around these hours)Salary:£26,500 - £32,000 per annum

'We are seeking an experienced and qualified Residential Childcare Assessor to join a dedicated team. You will support a cohort of 30-50 learners studying Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications, conducting at least three learner visits daily, with Fridays allocated for administrative work. Travel will be limited to a maximum of 2 hours round trip (ideally 1 hour). Nighttime work is optional for those who prefer flexibility.'

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct learner visits in line with awarding body requirements (City & Guilds, TQUK, Pearsons).
• Guide and assess learners to achieve their qualifications.
• Maintain accurate learner progress records.
• Ensure a high standard of support without onboarding responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:

• Qualifications: Assessor and teaching qualifications (e.g., A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent).
• Qulifications: Residential childcare or CYPW qualifications
• Experience: Industry experience within residential childcare.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively.
