One of the outstanding Ofsted rated primary school in Reading is seeking a Psychology Graduate to monitor KS1 & KS2 student progress throughout the academic year, provide support through small group interventions and 1:1 sessions, and collaborate with the SEND team to ensure each student receives high quality support.

They cater for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Berkshire. Pride and accommodating complex needs is their ethos. Responsibilities of the Education Therapist Assistant:
- Develop and prepare visual materials for classroom sessions with the guidence of the Teacher.
- Support pupils with SEN and additional needs.
- Carry out 1:1 and small group intervention sessions for Reading students with various SEN needs.
- Significantly improve stutters, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, selective mutism, and speech delay, and assist students with EAL.
- Work under the supervision of the school SENCo and Speech and Language Therapists.
Driving is not essential to get to the amazing Reading Primary school, however it will be prefered due to the location.
