Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed site investigations and collecting geotechnical data
- Designing and implementing geotechnical solutions for diverse projects
- Preparing technical reports, including analysis and recommendations
- Providing geotechnical input to infrastructure and transportation projects
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Managing on-site activities and supervising geotechnical works
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on all projects
- Building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication
Job Requirements:
- Experience in geotechnical engineering
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles and associated software
- Proficiency in conducting site investigations and data interpretation
- Background in Infrastructure, Highways, and Transportation projects, ideally from a major design house
- Excellent report writing and presenting skills
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
- Relevant engineering degree; CEng is beneficial but not essential
