Bennett and game are pleased to be representing an established and growing national provider of asbestos surveys, legionella risk assessments, EPC's and Fire Risk Assessments, who are currently seeking Asbestos Surveyors to join them. With their head office in Doncaster, they operate across the UK and are looking for Asbestos Surveyorsbased ideally near any major cities in the UK. This opportunity offers an excellent package, strong salary, fully expensed Van, and cross training into different sectors! You will be working on a mixture of domestic and commercial projects with the majority being domestic. Most projects will be local to you but some may require some travel.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has at least a minimum of 6 months post BOHS P402 pass experience, however this is not essential, only preferred. A full UK drivers' licence is required.

Asbestos Surveyor Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 DOE - potentially more for the right candidate

Asbestos Surveyor Job Overview:
  • You will be carrying out management and/or R and D surveys within domestic, commercial and/or industrial buildings. Work within the guidelines laid out in HSG 264 and also work within teams as well as individually.
  • Will be responsible for conducting various surveys including asbestos surveys (management, refurbishment/demolition, re-inspections). The role will involve collecting and reporting data on site-specific conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Asbestos Surveyor Job Requirements:
  • Experience in conducting asbestos surveys
  • BOHS P402 or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and ability to collect data accurately
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on-site
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Full UK drivers licence
