Your new roleYou will work with the housing team which takes on responsibility for development, refurbishment, and asset management for the portfolio of residential homes across the UK. Your role will involve consulting and evaluating on property development opportunities in accordance with the business plan, as well as using a project management approach to deliver asset management and development projects from conception through the delivery and completion. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, it would be highly beneficial to have experience and knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract, as well as previous experience as an asset manager or building surveyor within a social housing or not-for-profit environment. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive an initial three-month contract which is highly likely to extend beyond this point. In addition, you will receive a salary equivalent to £45,000 per year for the duration of your role, alongside a car allowance to the value of £6,000.
