We are looking for a self-sufficient motivated Associate Building Surveyor to join the team. The commercially focused practice undertakes projects in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire area. Ideally, we are looking for a competent professional located within the Thames Valley who is happy to autonomously operate across region.

The building consultancy department boasts over 60 professionals from Graduate to Director level. They proudly achieved over £7million in turnover and are always looking for ways to innovate and grow.

The opportunity is to work alongside a Director undertaking a diverse range of projects and professional services. CAT A office fit outs, schedules of dilapidations, party wall awards and refurbishments are typical responsibilities. The client base includes financial institutions, high net-worth individuals, MOD and occupiers. The schemes range from £200k - £2.5 million.

This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial building surveyor who is looking for a clear pathway to full Directorship status. There is a healthy pipeline of work however you will be tasked with developing existing clients and spotting new business opportunities.
