The successful candidate will be joining a national team of 20 surveyors who specialise in advising private clients, primarily within the residential sector. Brief job details:

  • Mainly carrying out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations).
  • Geographical patch: Reading and immediate surrounding area.
  • No timesheets.
  • Opportunity for progression to Partnership.

Candidates will need to be MRICS/FRICS (although the hiring manager would consider AssocRICS surveyors) with a wide range of experience of structural and building defects. They will also consider a commercial building surveyor who is looking to move in to residential. Employee benefits includes:
