The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be part of a small but ambitious team, providing a collaborative and professional service to a diverse range of clients across the Thames Valley area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services.
  • Conducting professional and technical duties such as dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor Will Have
  • MRICS qualification (preferred)
  • RICS-accredited degree (essential)
  • Strong consultancy background with in-depth property knowledge
