- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Respond to and address their enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.Â
- Arrange regular customer account reviews and advise the most effective approach to achieve their goals, challenges and expectations.Â
- Develop relationship and communication plans for each account.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services, expansion and other contract opportunities. Â
- Create revenue generation plans for each account.
- Ensure our customers have realistic expectations, and they are clear on what we can deliver, and when we can deliver it.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals with existing customers and ensure contracts are up to date and accurate.Â
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, or another ERP or subscription-based software solution in a customer facing, account manager or equivalent role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Â
- Commercially minded with the ability to see potential sales opportunities.
- Experience in building strong relationships.Â
- Time management skills are necessary to handle a number of customer accounts.
- Ability to prioritise and resolve problems.Â
- Solid IT skills including proficiency with common software applications.Â
