We are delighted to be working exclusively with a global company based in Banbury who are seeking a Field Sales Representative to develop the London region.

This role focuses on identifying potential clients, managing the sales process and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets and to ensure profitable growth. You will be out on the road, organising and attending meetings with a minimum of 10 clients per week. This role would suit a 'hunter' who is hungry to drive new business and earn commission.

The ideal Sales Account Executive will:

  • Have a minimum of 5 years business to business sales experience or sales within an organisation and influencing at board level.
  • Have the ability to ascertain and understand client needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrate a high level of business acumen.
  • Be able to influence and work with senior decision makers in major corporations with the confidence to present at board level.
  • Show a professional attitude and appearance, able to represent the company at major customer events, trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Possess essential competencies selling and negotiating, influencing and impact, achievement drive and customer focus.
  • Be goal focused and experienced in working in a target orientated role
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a remote team based from home.
  • Full driving licence
