This is mostly a 'telesales' role for someone confident and keen to understand and master the prodcuts on offer, communicate with warm and cold leads to manage customer orders by phone, look after existing accounts as well as prospecting/converting warm leads. You will have a natural interest in OTC/Dermo-Cosmetics.

Description
The successful Sales Representative will:
- Learn and master Products so that you can communicate clearly and passionately
- Communicate key selling benefits of product ranges while understanding consumer needs
- Review sales and range performance on a regular basis
- Work with Trade Marketing to maximise the potential of point of sale
- Manage monthly samples (and their tracking)
- Demonstrate a ROI mindset
- Work in partnership with managers to maximise the sales potential of your coverage
- Open new pharmacy accounts following prospecting/customer requests
- Assigned 'new business' target list of retail customers
- Regularly visit customers in line with your journey plan
- Forward any medical/scientific questions to the right deparment
- Report quality defects if made aware
Profile
The successful Sales Representative will ideally have (not all are essential so if you're hard working and keen to get into FMCG, do apply):
- Clean Driving License (essential)
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience from a relevant FMCG category
- Keen to progress within Sales or Marketing
- Results-focused and resilient mindset
- Excellent communication and rapport building
- Commercial Acumen
- Can get to the office in Berkshire when needed i.e. Tues/Weds every 2-4 weeks, remainder out on field/working from home
