Position Overview:
- Role: Mobile Heavy Plant Fitter
- Location: Covering the Berkshire area
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Salary: 16 - 18 per hour (depending on experience)
- Benefits: Fully expensed vehicle, overtime opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a range of heavy plant machinery.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Fitter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy plant machinery, including diggers, dumpers, and excavators.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
