An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as an Administrator.
As the Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Producing letters and reports as required,
* Distributing documentation within the company and to external parties.
* Handling phone calls, mail, and emails.
* Arrange and support meetings and events including accommodation arrangements.
* Providing finance administration support.
* Monitoring staff H&S training, organising training courses as necessary.
The successful Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
* Excellent administration experience.
* Previous experience in construction / property would be beneficial but not essential.
