Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a prestigious nuclear defence project based in Reading. This is a long-term project with an initial 6-month contract, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to critical infrastructure in a highly regulated and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supervising electrical installations, ensuring all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Managing and coordinating a team of electricians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Conducting safety briefings, tool talks, and site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Liaising with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure smooth progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting electrical issues on-site.
- Maintaining all required documentation and reports related to the electrical scope of the project.
Candidate Requirements:
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- IPAF (International Powered Access Federation)
- JIB (Joint Industry Board) registration
- Relevant Electrical Qualifications
- Experience in supervising electrical work on large-scale projects, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, defence, energy).
