The Senior Building Surveyor's Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be part of a small but ambitious team, providing a collaborative and professional service to a diverse range of clients across the Thames Valley area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services.
- Conducting professional and technical duties such as dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis.
- Contributing to the development of the team's service offerings and client base.
The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor Will Have
- MRICS qualification (preferred)
- RICS-accredited degree (essential)
- Strong consultancy background with in-depth property knowledge
- Excellent written communication skills and proven business development capabilities
- A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive environment
