The Site Supervisor will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations, industry standards, and company policies. The role involves managing teams, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining high-quality work standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:-
Issue daily progress reports to the Project Manager.

Identify extra work requirements and report them accordingly.

Issue work instructions to staff and contractors, ensuring clarity and compliance.

Ensure accurate recording of closing and as-laid details.

Implement best practices for quality and efficiency in all tasks.

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and industry standards.

Continuously identify and recommend process improvements.

Coordinate with teams for safe, efficient project execution.

Allocate resources effectively with Project Managers.

Provide mentorship and share expertise with colleagues.

Maintain positive communication and collaboration across the organization.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

Assist in project scheduling and manage critical deadlines.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and public interactions professionally.

Identify commercial opportunities and inform management.

Support in identifying new leads and business expansion.

Ensure accreditation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Adhere to Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and other relevant regulations.

Participate in mandatory training related to HSE and Quality.
-
Report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns promptly.

Ensure all equipment is used correctly and safely.

Comply with CDM regulations where applicable.
