Static Technical Site Manager Reading £45,000 Do you have experience overseeing HVAC, M&E and various other building services works within commercial environments and are looking for a static opportunity with one of the Worlds largest FM companies? Our client operates within over 120 countries across the Globe and can boast some of the UK's most prestigious commercial and industrial contracts. They are well known for their unique benefits packages, emphasis on internal training and varied progression routes. You will be responsible for managing a large commercial office space overseeing the completion of reactive and pre-planned HVAC, M&E and various other building services works within the site. This will include supervision of external sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety is complied to at all times, completing relevant compliance, liaising with the client to ensure works are completed on time, managing RAMS and much more. * £45,0000 * Static Role * Overtime * Monday To Friday 08:00-17:00 * Various Routes For Progression * 25 Days Paid Holiday (33 including Bank Holidays)* Unique Benefits Package: Private Healthcare, Discounts and Gym Memberships
