Capable of taking on the smaller projects and the larger ones, this contractor is trusted to deliver every single time by repeat clients as they offer the highest standards on projects. Due to a key project being well and truly underway, they are on the lookout for a Mechanical Construction Manager.
The Role
As Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the sites mechanical doings on a day-to-day basis. Having a hand in most things that happen across the site, as Mechanical Construction Manager you will need to have experience working with Stakeholders in different aspects of the build including Health & Safety, Quality, Procurement, Contract Management and other aspects that may arise daily. Someone who has great communication skills and is capable of multi-tasking will thrive in this role as Mechanical Construction Manager
Requirements
- Experience as a Construction Manager
- Previously worked on large projects of £50 Million+
- Worked on Mechanical side of things as a Construction Manager
- UK Passport is essential here
