About the Client:Our client is a leader in engineering, design, and project management, delivering high-quality solutions across Infrastructure, Aerospace, and National Security environments. They are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee critical projects, ensuring design integrity and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that engineering requirements are suitable and appropriate, advising Senior Engineering Managers accordingly.
  • Identify and develop optimal facility design solutions that meet business and functional performance needs.
  • Maintain design intent and configuration from inception through to project handover.
  • Deliver integrated facility designs, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the lead engineering representative, responsible for project delivery in terms of quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and schedule.
  • Recommend budgets and programme timelines to the Senior Engineering Manager.
  • Assess internal and external engineering resources for competency and capability.
  • Lead and drive the facility design process with a focus on lifetime value and compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or significant relevant experience.
  • Experience delivering multi-discipline design packages.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and safety compliance.
  • Active DV clearance.

Contract Details:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: 12 months
  • Expenses: Included in the base rate. Additional expenses require prior approval.
