- Lead the day-to-day management and ensure delivery on project commitments, maintaining strict schedule and budget adherence.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and internal teams, ensuring effective and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct weekly and monthly programme review sessions, keeping both immediate and long-term project goals on track and addressing potential risks.
- Provide strategic guidance to the supply chain, overseeing contract management (NEC3 & NEC4), and ensuring smooth coordination among contractors.
- Uphold the highest standards of nuclear safety and quality, leading by example and ensuring compliance at all stages.
- Foster an inclusive, motivated project team environment, promoting best practices and guiding the application of project controls and commercial management.
- Implement robust risk and opportunity management processes to keep projects progressing smoothly and mitigate any challenges that arise.
- A proven background in leading the delivery of large, complex projects within high-stakes environments within defence and construction
- Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC level minimum, some roles require DV).
- Expertise in working with NEC contracts, handling critical timelines, and driving collaborative project outcomes.
