- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across complex project portfolios.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring targets are met for time, cost, and quality.
- Develop and execute optimised project plans, adhering to regulatory, statutory, and internal deadlines.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and governance compliance, ensuring seamless project integration into operations.
- Manage external contractors, ensuring performance aligns with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs and oversee the early contractor involvement phase.
- Support the company's plans by driving high-impact capital projects.
- HNC/Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in a relevant operational or project management field.
- Previous experience within infrastructure/built environment/construction projects
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a culture of accountability and achievement.
- Strong contractual awareness and experience managing third-party organisations.
- Skilled in implementing feedback systems to drive business performance improvements.
- Ability to deliver complex messages with clarity and empathy.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car would be advantageous.
- Competitive Salary: £46,560 - £69,840 per annum, depending on experience.
