- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documents (e.g., charters, plans, risk registers).
- Support other project managers in overseeing significant projects within the PMO.
- Prepare update reports for board briefings.
- Manage programmes, projects, and workstreams, facilitating meetings and workshops as needed.
- Assist project leads in action assignment and track project progress.
- Ensure adherence to systems, processes, and governance principles for PMO projects.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage third-party suppliers and consultancies related to project activities.
- Utilize project management tools to track time, quality, and resources effectively.
- Advocate for continuous improvement methodologies.
- Essential:
- Proven experience in Project Management.
- Strong IT literacy, particularly in MS Office, MS Teams, and MS Project.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, across various levels of seniority.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering projects to plan.
- Self-motivated with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to work autonomously.

- Knowledge of IT project lifecycle.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
