Project Planner

Project Planner – 6 Month Initial Contract – Reading – Outside IR35

VIQU have partnered with a leading consultancy who deliver critical projects in energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing, with this Project Planner role being part of the Nuclear team.

Please note that this role requires Security Clearance (SC).

Role Responsibilities for the Project Planner:

• Lead planning team to work with Project Managers to create detailed project and resource allocation plans
• Develop and maintain project implementation databases
• Reporting progress and to Project Managers
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Coach and support more junior team members

Essential Requirements for the Project Planner:

• Proven experience using Primavera P6 to deliver Projects, ideally with experience using these tools for resource management
• Experience working with NEC (NEC 3 / NEC 4) Contracts and a good understanding of how they are used within Project Management / Planning.
• Experience using CEMAR
• MS Access experience
• Experience with Forensic planning / supporting delay claims
• Good working knowledge of compensation events and delay analysis
• Producing supporting information for impact programmes
• Experience with procurement, supply chain, and logistics  desirable
• SC Clearance
