Salary - Up to £110,00 basic plus bonus and an excellent benefits package
About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Planner to join their team, working on a £200M new build and refurbishment project in Reading. This high-profile development offers an exciting challenge for an experienced construction planner looking to make a real impact.
As a Senior Planner, you will provide expert planning support within both Construction Delivery and Pre-Construction Teams, ensuring project schedules are developed, monitored, and optimised to align with key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining tender programmes
- Conducting site visits to support planning strategies
- Gathering progress updates and identifying potential risks
- Creating workable construction programmes and ensuring timely updates
- Providing planning expertise across multiple project phases
What We're Looking For
- This role is ideal for you if:
- You have construction planning experience within a contractor environment
- You have a track record of working on build tenders and projects valued between £20M - £200M
- You are proficient in Asta and Microsoft Project software
- You have experience in main contracting and a strong understanding of NEC contract conditions and their impact on planning
