Responsibilities of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor will include:

Implementing health and safety policies and procedures on-site, ensuring compliance and staying updated with legislative changes.
Visiting sites and engaging with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and addressing technical health and safety enquiries.
Conducting audits, inspections, and accident investigations.
Identifying opportunities for improvement and development in health and safety performance.
Engaging with clients and other external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.

The successful Senior Health and Safety Advisor will have:

Experience in a similar role, ideally within residential construction.
A NEBOSH Certificate and, ideally, membership of IOSH.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
