Fancy working as an Assistant Contracts Manager over seeing high end jobs in London and South east England with a growing company and turnover of £27.5 million a year. I am looking to bring on an Assistant Contracts Manager who is self-motivated, goal driven, a team player and a can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules and milestones.
-Ensure all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports are up to date and accurately filed
-Act as a point of contact between the Project Manager, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
-To contribute new ideas to take the business forward
-Help identify and address issues or delays in the project, escalating them to the Project Manager as necessary.
-Continuously learn and develop project management skills to take on more responsibilities and grow within the role.
Qualifications and skills
-Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
-Previous Experience in a similar role within the construction or fit-out industry.
-Proficiency in Project Management softwares (MS Projects, Office)
