Our client, a leading organisation in the water sector, is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in the Thames Valley region on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to water projects
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Managing contract modifications, claims, and dispute resolutions
  • Working closely with project managers to align contractual obligations with project goals
  • Providing guidance on contractual matters to project teams
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Monitoring contract performance and providing regular reports
  • Ensuring all contractual documents are properly filed and maintained
