An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Surfacing Contracts Manager to join a growing, close-knit company. This role is ideal for someone with a background in smaller businesses, who is eager to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact.
The Role:

The Surfacing Contracts Manager will oversee multiple surfacing projects, managing them from initiation through to completion. Based across [local/regional] projects, the role involves hands-on management, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
路Leading and managing surfacing projects from start to finish.
路Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to build and maintain strong relationships.
路Preparing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
路Ensuring all sites adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
路Managing site teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
路Monitoring progress and addressing any issues to ensure projects remain on track.
